Going Crazy

I taught a workshop yesterday at Stamping Details (www.stampingdetails.com) called Colorful Crazy Quilt Cards. The idea was to use leftover bits and pieces of paper. I had the class members bring their scraps to class. We cut them up into little odd size pieces and covered a sheet of sticky label paper with them. When the label was covered, we used Mod Podge (a blast from the past!) to give the surface a painterly texture. After the sheet was dry, we used it as the source material for card making. You can see how arranging some pieces makes a really beautiful and easy card.
